1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the H & H Images website (www.hhimages.ca) and services. By accessing and using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

H & H Images provides Family, Lifestyle, and Portrait photography services. All services are subject to availability and we reserve the right to reject any booking for any reason.

3. Booking and Payment

Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis. A partial payment ('Deposit') is required at the time of booking to secure your session. We accept payments through the methods specified on our website.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations by the Client: Should you need to cancel your booking, we ask that you provide us with a notice at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. For cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance, we will provide a full refund of any deposit or pre-paid amount.
Cancellations within 72 hours: If the cancellation is made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment, the client will forfeit 50% of their pre-paid amount or deposit. This compensates us for the lost opportunity to book other clients and the preparation work that has already been invested.
No-shows: If the client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment without notifying H & H Images, they will be required to forfeit 100% of their pre-paid amount or deposit.
Cancellations by H & H Images: In the rare event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund of any deposit or pre-paid amount. Alternatively, we would be happy to reschedule at a time that is convenient for you, if you prefer.
Rescheduling: If the client wishes to reschedule their appointment, we request at least 48 hours notice. While we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, we cannot guarantee availability at your preferred times.
By booking a photography session with H & H Images, clients acknowledge that they have read and understand our cancellation policy. We appreciate your respect for the time and preparation our work requires. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.

5. Copyright and Usage

H & H Images retains copyright over all images. Clients receive a license to use and display the images for personal use, but may not sell or otherwise distribute the images without written permission.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect and use your information.

7. Limitation of Liability

H&H Images will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated revision date.
